Jignya is an independent illustrator and 2D animator. She is currently based in Vancouver and loves collaboration and enjoys a diverse range of visual media and stories especially involving sentimentality, nostalgia and etheral concepts.

Her practice is heavily influenced by traditional media like charcoal, markers, acrylic paint, gouache, coloured pencils, pen and ink etc. 

Her interests also share their stake in diversity, ranging from crocheting, embroidery, language learning, writing, reading comics, and exercising. She enjoys cats and good company.
