Creative Portfolio Overview
Jignya is an independent illustrator and 2D animator. Working with primarily traditional media, her practice involves mark making using charcoal, markers, acrylic paint, gouache, coloured pencils, pen and ink etc.
​
She is currently based in Vancouver and loves collaboration and working on all kinds of projects but is partial to those centered on diversity, sentimentality, nostalgia and etheral concepts.
​
Her interests range from art and drawing, to crocheting, embroidery, language learning, writing, and comics. She enjoys cats and going on hikes with good company!
